Connecting Dialpad to your FIG account helps streamline communication with clients and team members by syncing call activity directly into your FIG dashboard. With this integration, you can keep a clear record of calls without needing to switch between platforms.

What does this integration do?

  • Syncs Dialpad call activity into FIG’s communication section.

  • Links incoming and outgoing call records to your client or team profiles.

  • Helps centralize and organize your communication history.

How to Set Up Dialpad

Go to settings

Go to Company Settings and click on Integrations

You'll find the dialpad section right at the bottom of the page

The integration process involves two simple steps:

Step 1: Log in or Sign Up for Dialpad

If you already have a Dialpad account, sign in when prompted.
If you don’t, you can create one during the setup process.

Step 2: Authorize the Integration

Once logged in, you'll be asked to grant FIG permission to access your Dialpad account. This allows FIG to pull in relevant call data and associate it with your contacts.

After authorizing, you’ll be redirected back to FIG with a confirmation message indicating that the integration is active.

Something's Not Working? Basic Troubleshooting Tips

  • If you’re not seeing call activity after setup, here are a few quick things to check:

  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration from Settings > Integrations in Fig.

  • Make sure you're signed into the correct Dialpad account.

  • Verify that your Dialpad user has the necessary permissions.

  • Clear your browser cache or try a different browser if you experience display issues.

  • Using the web version of Dialpad and not receiving calls?
Go to your Dialpad settings > Live Calls and ensure the “Active” toggle is turned ON.
Also, make sure “Ring this device” is enabled for your current device.
This setting can sometimes turn off without notice, so it's worth checking if calls stop ringing.

Additional Notes

  • FIG only reads call data from Dialpad; it does not control call behavior, audio quality, or routing.

  • For Dialpad-specific issues (e.g. login errors, number porting, voicemail settings), please refer to Dialpad Support.
