Generating a Quote from the communications Portal

Not all customers prefer booking online. Some may call, email, or even text with their requests. This option to create direct bookings ensures these opportunities aren’t missed and keeps the workflow smooth.

When you already have a verified lead, you'd be able to maintain any communication with them through the communications portal. Here, you have the option to write the contact through email on their end. Also, you can generate a quote for them.

It's quite easy, just do the following:

1. Next to the contact's name, click on the quote button.
2. Add the property information, whether from a property already registered through a previous quote or booking or add the information from scratch.
3. Add the variables of the home, such as floors and types and numbers of rooms.
4. Set the dirt code and any notes regarding the current state of the property.
5. Specify if there was any recent construction
6. Add number of pets if any.
7. Select the cleaning service, input any add-ons and review the information.
8. Enable the dynamic pricing if you wish.
Press the "Save & Send Quote" button or Turn it directly into a booking, and you'll see it in the conversation.
