How to change your notifications settings

Managing notifications effectively is crucial to maintaining seamless communication with your clients and team members. This guide will walk you through accessing and configuring the various notification settings available in FIG.

To find Notifications in settings:


  1. From the FIG dashboard, click on the Settings option located in the main menu.

  2. Scroll down to find the Schedule Settings section.

  3. Click on Notification Settings to enter the notification configuration area.

Once you enter the notification settings, you will see the following tabs:

  • Email Logs

  • Email Templates

  • SMS Logs

  • SMS Templates

  • Automated Emails


We'll quickly go through them.

Email Logs

  • The Email Logs tab provides a record of all emails sent through the FIG Booking Software.   

  • View detailed logs of sent emails, including timestamps, recipients, and statuses (e.g., sent, delivered, failed).

  • Filter logs based on date range, email type, and status to quickly find specific emails.

Email Templates

  • This tab allows you to manage and customize email templates used for various notifications.

  • Edit existing templates to align with your branding and messaging.

  • Create new templates for different types of notifications, such as booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

  • Use placeholders to dynamically insert client-specific information (e.g., [Client Name], [Booking Date]).

SMS Logs

  • Similar to Email Logs, the SMS Logs tab tracks all SMS notifications sent.

  • View logs of all sent SMS messages, including recipient details and delivery statuses.

  • Filter logs by date, message type, and status for efficient tracking and troubleshooting.

SMS Templates

  • Manage and customize the SMS templates used for client and team notifications.

  • Edit and create SMS templates for various purposes, such as booking confirmations, reminders, and alerts.

  • Use placeholders to automatically insert relevant details (e.g., [Client Name], [Appointment Time]).

Automated Emails

  • The Automated Emails tab allows you to configure and manage automated email notifications.

  • Set up triggers for automated emails based on specific actions or events (e.g., booking confirmation, service reminders).

  • Customize the content and timing of automated emails to ensure timely and relevant communication with clients.
