Can FIG support multiple languages?

How do I set up my business profile?

Can clients book services online themselves?
Yes, clients can book services online through a customizable booking form integrated into your website or shared via a link.
How do I reschedule a booking?
To reschedule a booking, go to the "Bookings" section, find the appointment you want to reschedule, and select the new date and time.
Why aren't my bookings showing up on the calendar, or showing incomplete data?
The calendar is designed to show available hours for scheduling. If bookings are missing or incomplete, adjust the view settings or access bookings through the list or grid views.

Service Management 
Can I adjust the order of services or categories in FIG?
Yes, FIG allows you to adjust the order of service categories. However, the order of individual services within those categories cannot currently be rearranged.
What’s the difference between internal and external service names?
Internal service names are visible only to your team, making it easier to organize and manage offerings internally. External names are what your customers see on quotes and booking pages. Both can be customized in FIG’s service settings.

Lead Management
How do I convert a lead into a customer?
Navigate to the "Contacts" section, select the lead you wish to convert, and follow the prompts to finalize the conversion.
Why can't I select a payment method when converting a lead, and can I add one directly from the lead section?
Payment methods can only be added once a lead is converted into a customer to ensure they are tied to confirmed customers with active bookings.

Client Management
How do I add a new client?
Go to the "Contacts" section and click on "Add New Client." Enter the client's details, such as name, phone number, and email, and save the information.
How can clients manage their bookings through the client portal?
Clients can manage their bookings through the client portal by logging in and accessing the "My Appointments" section.
Is there a way for clients to communicate directly through the portal?
Currently, the client portal does not support direct communication, but FIG offers other communication tools for you to stay connected with clients.

Payroll Management
How do I track employee work hours?
Employees can log their work hours in the "Timesheets" section. Administrators can view and approve these timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing.
