In this walkthrough, we'll cover the step-by-step process of creating accurate quotes to impress potential customers.

To kick things off, head to the FIG dashboard and locate the trusty "+add" button. Once you've found it, click on it and select the "Quote" option from the sidebar menu.

Step 1. General Quote Info

Search for the Customer or Lead

Start by typing the name of the customer or lead for which you're creating the quote in the search bar. As you type, the contact info should automatically populate.

If it's a new contact, manually enter their details, including full name, phone number, and email.

Specify Service and Special Occasions

Select the main service the customer is interested in from the dropdown menu. Additionally, indicate any special occasions or life-related events influencing the quote, such as moving or a special event.

Step 2. Property Variables

Select Property or Enter Details

Choose an existing property from the list or input specific property details manually.

Provide information such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage.

Indicate Property Characteristics

Specify additional property characteristics, including the dirt code (level of cleaning required), recent construction work, number of levels, occupants, and pets.

Step 3. Services & Pricing

Show Internal Office Notes

Toggle options to display internal office notes, such as recommended techs and estimated ticket hours, if necessary.

Select Cleaning Service and Adjust Details

Choose the cleaning service requested from the dropdown menu. Adjust the size, number of bathrooms, and add-ons as needed. Be sure to accurately reflect the customer's requirements.

Apply Promotions or Discounts

Apply any promotions or discounts available to the quote to provide value to the customer. Adjust pricing accordingly to reflect the discounts applied.

Review and Finish Quote

Review the summary of services and pricing to ensure accuracy. Make any necessary adjustments. Add custom messages or notes if desired. Once satisfied, save your changes and hit the send button to finalize the quote.

And there you have it! You've successfully generated a quote using FIG Booking Software. Remember to review the quote before sending it out to ensure accuracy. Keep using this handy tool to impress potential customers and win their business!
