Managing payments for your team members is essential for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of your cleaning business. FIG Booking Software offers a comprehensive Payroll feature designed to streamline the process of managing and processing payments for your team. In this guide, we'll explore the various components of the Payroll feature and how to navigate its interface effectively.

Navigating the Payroll Interface

The Payroll feature is divided into three main tabs: Timesheets, Summary, and Payments. Each tab serves a specific purpose in managing and processing payments for your team members.

Timesheets Tab

The Timesheets tab provides an overview of the work hours logged by your team members. Here's a breakdown of the key elements you'll find in this tab:


  • Filters: Use filters like "Type to filter names," "All Teams," and "All Team Members" to customize your view.

  • Views: Toggle between Day, Week, and Month views to see timesheets for different time periods.

  • Columns: The Timesheets tab displays essential information such as Service Date, Clock in/out times, Duration of cleaning jobs, Assigned Team, Member, Booking Info, Pending Requests, Reason for requests, and Status.


Timesheets need approval by the admin account before processing payments, ensuring accuracy and accountability in payment processing.

Summary Tab

In the Summary tab, you'll find a concise overview of each team member's work and earnings. Here's what you can expect in this tab:


  • Views: Choose between Daily, Weekly, or Monthly views to see a summary of earnings over different time periods.

  • Individual Summary: Select a team member to view detailed information about their work hours, pay rate, cash tips, and earnings.

  • Timeline Chart: Visualize work hours, break times, and other key metrics on a timeline chart for easy analysis.


Underneath the timeline chart, you'll find detailed information about each work session, including the date, client, ticket hours, timesheet hours, break time, rate, percentage, price, and earnings.

Payments Tab

The Payments tab provides a comprehensive overview of all payments processed for your team members. Here's what you'll find in this tab:


  • Payment History: View the payment history for each team member, including details like Member since, Team Member, Team, Booking Hours, Timesheet Hours, Earned, Paid, and Outstanding amounts.

  • Filters: Filter payments by service area or team for easier management.

  • Individual Payments: Select a team member to view their payment history and access payment invoices.
