Getting Started

At the top of the portal, you'll find a handy search bar to locate existing leads or accounts quickly. If you're initiating the conversation, the pencil icon is your starting point. Here, you have three options: Account, Lead, or Anonymous.

Account and Leads

  • Account: Displays a list of registered accounts for easy selection.

  • Lead: Provides a list of existing leads to choose from.

Anonymous Option

Allows you to initiate contact with anyone outside the platform by entering their email address or phone number.

Filters for Efficient Communication

  • Past Quotes: Review previous quotes to provide accurate and timely information to clients.

  • Bookings: Access details about past bookings, enabling you to address any queries or concerns efficiently.

Quick Actions

  • +Quote Button: Generate a new quote quickly to respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.


  • Phone Icon: Initiate a phone call (integrations guide required) for real-time communication and personalized assistance.

  • Three Dot Menu: Archive information, view more details, or mark the conversation as spam, allowing you to manage conversations efficiently.
