Today Tab

Welcome to the Today tab in FIG's Smart Scheduling feature. This tab provides a comprehensive overview of all relevant cleaning jobs scheduled for the current day. Let's explore the key elements you'll encounter in this view:

  1. Date and Time 

Displays the scheduled time for each cleaning job along with the type of service, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.

  1. Client

Shows the names of already registered clients for each scheduled job.

  1. Service Area

The location where the job is taking place.

  1. Service Type

Indicates the type of service scheduled and any additional tasks included, providing clarity on the scope of work.

  1. Assigned

Specifies which team or member within FIG is assigned to perform the service.

  1. Total

Value of the pending job.

  1. Status

Indicates the current status of the service, such as "ACTIVE."

Options Menu

Allows you to edit the job, view further information, or add job notes for additional details or instructions.

  1. Edit Job

Provides a side menu where you can modify various aspects of the booking, including service details, contact information, date and time, frequency, property details, service addons, job notes, checklist, discount codes, gift card redemption, and pricing adjustments.

  1. View Job

Displays a card with comprehensive information about the job, including client contact details, date, time, recurrence, ticket time, payment method, itemized pricing, and total cost.

  1. Job Notes

Allows you to add and toggle the visibility of job notes directly from the options menu.

Toggle View

Lets you switch between day, week, or month views to broaden the scope and visibility of scheduled jobs. You can also select a specific date from the calendar to view jobs for any desired date.

Calendar View

The Calendar View in FIG's Smart Scheduling feature provides a comprehensive overview of all scheduled cleaning jobs within your company. Here's how to navigate this view effectively:

1. Selecting Date Range

  • Choose between viewing a full month or week's worth of scheduled jobs. 

  • Select a specific date from the smaller calendar on the left to display the complete week's schedule.

2. Navigating Scheduled Jobs

  • Easily view all scheduled jobs for a selected date.

  • If multiple jobs are scheduled for the same date, click on each to view detailed booking information.

3. Filtering Options

  • Customize the calendar view to suit your preferences and focus on specific aspects of your business.

  • Filter jobs by Service Area, Teams, and Booking Type to streamline your view and focus on relevant information.


One-off Jobs Tab

The One-off Jobs tab in FIG's Smart Scheduling feature is designed to manage individual cleaning jobs that require your immediate attention. Here's a breakdown of what you'll find in this tab:

1. Display Information

One-off jobs are displayed with essential details such as Type/Received, Client, Job Details (including Service Area and Ticket Hours), Assigned Team, Insight, Priority, and Action.

On Assigned Teams

Edit the assignees for each job to ensure efficient task allocation within your team.

Insights

Clicking on the Insight section reveals more detailed information about the job.

  • Contact Info Tab: Provides quick access to essential contact details and actions:

  • Quick Info: Email, phone number, tag with quote status, and buttons for sending a message, making a phone call, booking a service, generating a quote, and editing contact information.

  • Quotes, Bookings, Properties, Payment Methods, and Notes tabs offer comprehensive insights into the client's history and interactions with your business.

Activity Tab

Here, you will see a timeline of every relevant action regarding job scheduling.
