Duration: Track how long clients have been on the contact board.
Details: Access comprehensive information such as full name, email, and phone number.

Leads Overview

Lead Details
Duration and Lead Details: Similar to clients, you can view how long leads have been in the contact board and access details like full name, email, and phone number.
Status Categories
Status Categories: Leads have three distinct status categories: open, convergent, and lost.
Filter by Tag: Filter leads based on whether they are new leads or if a quote has been issued to them before a booking.
Creating a Contact from Scratch
Let's walk through creating a new client manually:
1. Click on "Add New Client." (If you're working on the leads tab, it will display as Add New Lead).
2. Enter the client's details, such as full name, phone number, and note (optional).
3. Choose whether the team, the customer, or both will view the note.
4. Save the information.
